This market will resolve to "Yes" if it is definitively determined that the Feb 22 nationwide AT&T cellular outage in the US was caused by a solar flare. If no such determination is made public by February 25, 2024, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".
The primary resolution source for this market will be official statements from the U.S. Government and/or AT&T. However, an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting may also be used to resolve this market.
