This market will resolve to "Yes" if at Super Bowl LIX: Travis Kelce scores a touchdown, AND the Kansas City Chiefs win the game, AND Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift kiss while on venue grounds (must be confirmed by picture or video). Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Note: A kiss on the cheek counts.

If Super Bowl LIX is not completed by February 28, 2025,  11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve 50-50.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Taylor Swift announces that she is pregnant before she announces that she is married to Travis Kelce. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Only credible announcements will qualify. Pregnancy or marriage announcements that are not credible, for example jokes, will not suffice.

If Taylor Swift does not announce that she is pregnant or married to Travis Kelce by August 31, 2026 ET, or their engagement is otherwise broken off, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the NFL officially announces a rule change that prohibits, limits, or penalizes the “tush push” from being used in the 2026 season before the start of the first regular season game of the 2026 NFL season. Otherwise this market will resolve to “No”.

The “tush push” refers to a football play in which an offensive player or multiple offensive players line up directly behind the quarterback and push the quarterback forward immediately after the snap. A qualifying rule change must affect the use of this play. This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Supreme Court of the United States grants certiorari in a case explicitly concerning the legality, regulation, or jurisdictional authority over sports event contracts by July 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

A case qualifies if it addresses at least one of the following: (1) whether contracts based on sporting event outcomes constitute regulated derivatives under the Commodity Exchange Act; (2) whether federal regulation via the Commodity Futures Trading Commission preempts state-level gambling laws as applied to such contracts; or (3) whether sports event contracts offered by federally licensed markets may legally be offered, restricted, or prohibited by federal or state authorities.
