This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2026 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.

If it is impossible for a team to win the 2026 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament according to the rules of the competition (i.e. they are eliminated) , the corresponding market will immediately resolve to “No”.

If for any reason no winner is declared by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other".

The resolution source for this market will be information from the NCAA.

Will Michigan win the 2026 NCAA Tournament?

This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2025-2026 ACC Men's Basketball Regular Season Championship.

If two or more teams tie for the regular season championship, this market will resolve according to the team which receives a higher seed for the 2026 ACC Men's Basketball conference tournament.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a team to win the 2025-2026 ACC Men's Basketball Regular Season Championship based on the rules of the ACC or NCAA (e.g., they are mathematically eliminated), the corresponding market will immediately resolve to "No" for that team.

If for any reason no 2025-2026 ACC Men's Basketball regular season champion is declared by April 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other".

Official resolution will be based on the ACC’s official Men's Basketball results, as published on theacc.com or NCAA.com, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Will North Carolina win the 2025-2026 ACC Men’s Basketball regular season championship?

This market will resolve according to the winner of the Democratic Primary for United States Senator from North Carolina.

If no 2026 North Carolina Democratic Senate Primary takes place, this market will resolve to "Other".

The resolution source for this market will be the first announcement of the results from the North Carolina Democratic Party, however an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting may suffice.

Will Roy Cooper be the Democratic nominee for Senate in North Carolina?

This market will resolve according to the winner of the 2026 midterm North Carolina U.S. Senate election, inclusive of any run-offs.

A candidate shall be considered to represent a party in the event that he or she is the nominee of the party in question. Candidates other than the Democratic or Republican nominee (e.g., Greens, Libertarian, independent) may be added at a later date.

Candidates who run as independents will not be encompassed by the “Democrat” or “Republican” options regardless of any affiliation they may have with the party.

The resolution source for this market is the Associated Press, Fox News, and NBC. This market will resolve once all three sources call the race for the same candidate. If all three sources haven’t called the race in this state for the same candidate, this market will resolve based on the official certification.

This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2026 NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament.

If it becomes impossible for a team to win the 2026 NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament according to the rules of the competition (i.e., the team is eliminated), the corresponding market will immediately resolve to “No.”

If for any reason no winner is declared by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Other.”

This market will resolve according to the winner of the Republican Primary for United States Senator from North Carolina.

If no 2026 North Carolina Republican Senate Primary takes place, this market will resolve to "Other". This market includes any potential runoff election.

The resolution source for this market will be the first announcement of the results from the North Carolina Republican party, however an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting may suffice.
