This market will resolve according to the player that finishes the 2025–26 NBA regular season with the highest points per-game average of any qualified player. In the event of a tie for the highest points per-game average, this market will resolve in favor of the player who appeared in the greater number of games. If the tied players also played the same number of games, the market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. Qualification for inclusion in official NBA leaderboards (such as minimum games or statistical thresholds) will be determined according to NBA rules and applied exactly as reflected in the official leaderboard. The resolution source will be the NBA (NBA.com/stats).Luka Doncic holds a commanding 33.8 PPG average as the NBA scoring leader for the 2025-26 regular season, with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander trailing at 31.6 PPG and others like Anthony Edwards and Tyrese Maxey further back in the mid-to-high 20s, driving trader consensus to imply near-certainty on his season-long points per game title amid four to six games remaining. His scorching recent form—averaging 41.8 PPG over the last five outings, including a 60-point explosion versus Miami on March 19—has widened the gap despite a brief February hamstring issue from which he fully recovered. With the Lakers securing a top Western Conference playoff seed at around 50-26, minimal load management risk persists, though an unforeseen injury or extreme challenger outburst could theoretically disrupt the race before the April 13 finale.
