This market will resolve to “Yes” if any person with an account listed under the “Heroes” section on fantasy.top is arrested between May 15, 2024, 11:00 AM ET and May 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

An individual will be considered a Fantasy Top Hero if they have a Fantasy Top account listed under the “Heroes” section at the time of their arrest. 

The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of reporting.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any Federal or State jurisdiction of the United States formally charges or otherwise announces a criminal indictment of Jackson Hinkle (@jacksonhinklle) between March 24 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

For the purposes of this market the District of Columbia and any county, municipality, or other subdivision of a State shall be included within the definition of a State.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from US governmental sources, however a wide consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

Jackson Hinkle indicted in 2025?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed player is the top scoring kicker during the 2025–26 NFL regular season. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

This market will be based on ESPN's FFL Points Per Reception (PPR) scoring, and refers to the totals for the entirety of the 2025–26 NFL regular season.

In case of a tie for the most points scored, this market will resolve in favor of the player whose last name comes first alphabetically.

If the 2025–26 NFL regular season is canceled or not completed by April 1, 2026, this market will resolve to "Other."

Will Cameron Dicker be the Top Fantasy Kicker of the 2025–26 NFL Regular Season?

This market will resolve to "No" if any of the listed people receives a presidential pardon, commutation, or reprieve from Donald Trump by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET.

The listed individuals are: 
- Diddy
- Ghislaine Maxwell
- Sam Bankman-Fried
- Elizabeth Holmes
- Derek Chauvin

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “Yes”.

The primary resolution source for whether the individual is pardoned or not will be official information from the US government; however, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

Nothing Ever Happens: Trump Pardon Edition

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Ghislaine Maxwell is released from custody by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If Maxwell is released but remains under house arrest, the market will still resolve to "Yes".

If Maxwell is released on parole, bond, or any other condition that results in them leaving state custody, the market will resolve to "Yes".

Transporting Maxwell to another location of custody (e.g., a different prison, court, or hospital within the correctional system) will not suffice to resolve this market to "Yes". 

Temporary outings from prison for purposes such as testifying in court or before Congress, while still under the custody of correctional authorities, will not count as a release.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Jerome Powell serves any time in custody in a federal, state, or local U.S. jail or prison between July 22 (inclusive) and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
