Max McGreevy and Nicolai Hojgaard command nearly all trader consensus at 49.5% and 45.0% implied probabilities for the Texas Children's Houston Open title, reflecting their surge to the top of the leaderboard at Memorial Park Golf Course following scorching second-round scores of 63 and a course-record-tying 62, respectively. Entering the weekend just one stroke apart amid partial third-round play on March 28, their birdie barrages and strong ball-striking have distanced the field, including early leader Gary Woodland who cooled off with bogeys. The razor-thin margin amplifies pressure in the windy conditions typical of the renovated municipal track, where putting prowess and par-5 scoring will decide the closely contested finish, with no other contender above 4.2%.
