On May 22, 2025, the Trump administration announced it was revoking Harvard University’s certification to enroll international students, escalating its pressure campaign against elite universities (see: https://www.nytimes.com/2025/05/22/us/politics/trump-harvard-international-students.html).

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Trump administration publicly announces that Harvard University’s ability to enroll international students—revoked by the administration in May 2025—has been reinstated, restored, or otherwise unfrozen between May 22 and June 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution source will be official information from the Trump administration; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
