This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Solana Network experiences downtime for 30 minutes or longer between February 6, 12:00 PM ET, and February 29, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If an outage starts before the end of this market's timeframe and extends past it, this market will resolve to "Yes" (e.g. if on February 29, 2024, at 11:45 PM ET an outage starts and lasts beyond March 1, 2024, 12:15 AM ET, this market will resolve to "Yes").

Downtime must occur for at least 30 minutes and be widely reported by a consensus of credible reporting. Sources such as https://solana.fm/blocks?cluster=mainnet-alpha, https://status.solana.com/uptime?page=5 and https://dune.com/dsaber/solana-network-health-report may additionally be considered.
