The market will resolve to "No" if Emmett Shear has stepped down, been replaced, or otherwise ceased holding the position of CEO at OpenAI before the end of this week. 

Resolution will be based on official OpenAI announcements or a consensus of credible media reporting.

Tax credits, depreciation benefits, or grants not tied to a specific debt transaction will not qualify.
