Any conversation that occurs directly between Donald Trump and Lula will qualify, regardless of whether it is over the phone, videocall, or in person. The conversation must be voice-based, not text-based.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if it is confirmed that Jair Bolsonaro has left Brazil for any length of time between July 22 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
