This market will resolve to “Yes” if Donald Trump publicly mentions "Sydney" or "Sweeney" in clear reference to the actress Sydney Sweeney by August 8, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

A ‘mention’ includes the following:

-A verbal usage of the names "Sydney" or "Sweeney" 
-Any written usage of the names "Sydney" or "Sweeney"  published through Trump's social media or other official communication channels

A qualifying channel must be a personal Trump channel. For example, posts made on @realDonaldTrump on Truth Social or X would qualify, however posts on the official White House X would not.

This includes calling Nicholas J. Fuentes weak, stupid, disloyal, a failure, using an insulting nickname, using other derogatory language, or using the negative form of a positive trait in a derogatory personal way (e.g., “Nick isn’t smart”). Negative forms used in reference to Nicholas J. Fuentes’s professional actions, policies, or decisions (e.g., “Nick isn’t being smart about this policy”) will not count. Policy disagreements stated without disparaging language will not count.

An announcement within this market’s timeframe from Donald Trump or the Trump administration stating their intent to nominate a specific individual for Chair of the Federal Reserve will suffice to resolve this market, regardless of whether a formal nomination actually occurs. 

Qualifying announcements must explicitly present the relevant individual as the nominee or future nominee for Chair of the Federal Reserve. Announcements of acting or interim appointments, or announcements which merely reveal potential candidates, will not qualify. Media reports, speculation, or other unofficial information will not qualify.

A formal presidential nomination of an individual to be Chair of the Federal Reserve, made before the listed date, 11:59 PM ET, will immediately resolve this market to “Yes”. Formal nominations are defined as the submission of a nomination message to the U.S. Senate.
