This market will resolve to "Yes" if Silvergate (https://www.silvergate.com/) announces that it will file for bankruptcy, is filing for bankruptcy, or has filed for bankruptcy of any variety by March 31, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve to "Yes" if any subsidiary of Silvergate announces that it will file for bankruptcy, is filing for bankruptcy, or has filed for bankruptcy of any variety by the resolution date.

For a positive resolution to this market to occur, Silvergate need only announce that it will file for bankruptcy, is filing for bankruptcy, or has filed for bankruptcy by the resolution date, regardless of if or when the actual filing occurs.
