This market will resolve to "Trzaskowski" if Rafał Trzaskowski receives more total votes than Karol Nawrocki from Polish citizens voting abroad (diaspora) in the second round of the 2025 Polish presidential election.
It will resolve to "Nawrocki" if Karol Nawrocki receives more total diaspora votes than Rafał Trzaskowski.
If votes cast within Wrocław are exactly equal for each candidate, this market will resolve 50-50.

Only votes cast outside Poland (i.e., at polling stations abroad and on Polish-flagged ships) will count for the purposes of this market. The resolution will be based on the official results published by Poland’s National Electoral Commission (Państwowa Komisja Wyborcza, PKW), specifically the results for voters abroad.

If the diaspora results are not published or are contested, this market will remain open until the final official totals from abroad are confirmed by a ruling from the Supreme Court and published in the Journal of Laws (Dziennik Ustaw).

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the date for the next Polish parliamentary election is set between June 2 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market is about whether a date for the next Polish election is announced within the stated timeframe. The date the election is scheduled to take place on will have no effect on the resolution to this market.

The primary resolution source for this market is official information from the Government of Poland however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Polish snap election called in 2025?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Russia initiates a drone, missile, or air strike on Polish soil or any official Polish embassy or consulate between September 9, 2025 and June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For the purposes of this market, a qualifying "strike" is defined as the use of aerial bombs, drones or missiles (including cruise or ballistic missiles) launched by Russian military forces that impact Polish ground territory or any official Polish embassy or consulate (e.g., if a weapons depot on Polish soil is hit by a Russian missile, this market will resolve to "Yes").

Missiles or drones which are intercepted and surface-to-air missile strikes will not be sufficient for a "Yes" resolution regardless of whether they land on Polish territory or cause damage.

Initial seat counts will be based on the composition of the US House of Representatives as of November 2, 2026, 11:59PM ET.

This market's resolution will be solely based on the number of seats held by the Republican Party in the US House of Representatives for any state won by Trump in the 2024 Presidential election. The loss of particular district seats will not count towards a resolution for this market; only the total number of seats held by the Republican Party in a given state will be considered.
