Rules
This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Trump administration publicly announces that it has taken formal steps to revoke or remove Harvard University's federal tax-exempt status by May 31, 2025 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.
This includes any official action or filing by the Internal Revenue Service or another relevant federal agency, or a White House announcement indicating that such a revocation is being enacted.
A general threat or statement of intent—such as a social media post or press comment—without a formal administrative or legal action being initiated will not be sufficient for a "Yes" resolution.
The resolution source will be official information from the Trump administration; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
