This market will resolve to "Yes" if the new "mystery balloon" reported floating over US territory (https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-military-tracking-another-mysterious-balloon-rcna82300) is destroyed, downed, or otherwise grounded by any means by May 2, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The balloon's destruction, downing, or grounding will trigger a "Yes" resolution regardless of whether it occurs naturally or artificially. If the balloon lands in or is otherwise downed into any body of water or onto any land mass, it will trigger a "Yes" resolution. The primary resolution source for this market will be official statements made by the government of the United States of America, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
