If the value of natural gas is greater than $8.00 at market close according to this market's resolution source on the resolution date, August 8, 2022, this market will resolve to “Yes”. If the value of natural gas is $8.00 or less as of market close according to this market's resolution source on the resolution date, this market will resolve to “No”.

If for any reason (e.g. market holiday, emergency market closure) there is no close price for this market's resolution date, the close price of the nearest previous date will be used.

The resolution source for this market will be NASDAQ's reporting on the values offered by the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), found at (https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/commodities/ng:nmx/historical). The resolution will be based on the value listed in the column labelled “Close/Last” in the row titled with the resolution date.

Will natural gas close above $8 on August 8, 2022?

This market will resolve according to the official closing price for Netflix (NFLX) on the final trading day of 2025.

If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket.

If the final trading day is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the official closing price published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution. If no official closing price is published for that session (for example, due to a trading halt into the close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price.

In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed company during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance.

The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Yahoo Finance after any adjustments have been applied.

The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the Netflix (NFLX) "Close" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/NFLX/history, published under "Historical Prices."

Will Netflix (NFLX) close at $90-$95 in 2025?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if 1 or more earthquakes with a magnitude of 7.0 or higher occur anywhere on Earth between December 8, 2025 12:00 PM ET, and the listed date ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

The resolution source for this market is the United States Geological Survey (USGS) Earthquake Hazards Program (https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/browse/significant.php#sigdef).

If an earthquake of substantial size has occurred within this market's timeframe but not yet appeared on the resolution source, this market may remain open until January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or until the earthquake in question otherwise appears on the resolution source. If such an earthquake has not appeared on the resolution source by that date, another credible resolution source will be used. 

After a qualifying earthquake is registered, this market will remain open for 24 hours to account for any revisions to its recorded magnitude. After 24 hours, this market will resolve according to the latest provided data.

Another 7.0 or above earthquake by December 31?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the Nasdaq Stock Exchange (Nasdaq) extends its trading schedule to cover at least 22 hours per day, 5 days per week by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

5 days per week refers to any 5 24-hour periods which Nasdaq treats as trading days. This is not limited to the weekday hours of the Eastern Time Zone (e.g. a day starting on Sunday at 9PM ET and ending on Monday at 9PM ET will count, as long as at least 22 of the relevant 24 hours are open for trading).

A qualifying Nasdaq trading schedule must be active, operational, and publicly accessible for trading of Nasdaq-listed securities to qualify for a “Yes” resolution. The announcement of such a trading schedule within this market’s timeframe will not suffice on its own.

Technical errors (e.g. a circuit breaker), trading holidays, or any planned shortened days will not disqualify this market from resolving to “Yes,” provided Nasdaq has officially implemented a qualifying trading schedule.

Limited trading restrictions outside of regular market hours (i.e. lower liquidity or restricted order types) will not disqualify an extended trading schedule from resolving this market.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Nasdaq; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Nasdaq round-the-clock trading by June 30?

This market will resolve according to the official closing price for NVIDIA (NVDA) on the final trading day of 2025.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if 1 or more earthquakes with a magnitude of 10.0 or higher occur anywhere on Earth between December 8, 2025 12:00 PM ET, and December 31, 2026, 11:59PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

10.0 or above earthquake before 2027?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if an official agreement on nuclear arms control or strategic nuclear weapons limitation is reached between the United States and the Russian Federation between December 9, 2025 and June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

Only agreements that are publicly announced and acknowledged by both the U.S. and Russia will qualify. The agreement must pertain to nuclear arms control or limitation—such as a treaty, framework, or memorandum—addressing matters including (but not limited to) nuclear warheads, delivery systems, verification mechanisms, or strategic stability.

An extension, amendment, or replacement of the New START treaty will qualify, provided it is publicly announced as a concluded agreement by both parties within the time frame. Exploratory discussions or stated intent to extend without a finalized agreement will not qualify.

Agreements that include both the United States and Russia as named parties—whether bilateral or as part of a broader multilateral framework—will qualify, provided the agreement directly addresses nuclear arms control.

The agreement does not need to be ratified or implemented for this market to resolve "Yes"; a formal announcement of a concluded agreement is sufficient.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official statements from the U.S. government (e.g., the White House, State Department) and/or the Russian Federation (e.g., the Kremlin, Ministry of Foreign Affairs). However, a clear and overwhelming consensus of credible reporting confirming that such an agreement has been reached will also qualify.

U.S. x Russia Nuclear deal by June 30?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the S&P 500 achieves a daily high price greater than 6,920.34 during market hours by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve based on the S&P 500's highest intraday high during the specified timeframe.
