Officially released means that Volume 2 of the album is officially available for download and/or streaming (not including live events) by the resolution date. Note that if the album is only available on the YZY app this market will still resolve to "Yes."

If a new album from Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign is released by the resolution date, even if not titled 'Vultures' Vol. 2, it will count for this markets resolution.
