This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kamala Harris speaks at the 2024 Nashville Bitcoin Conference. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No". 

Speaking includes giving a speech, participating in an interview, or engaging in any public speaking activity on-stage at the conference.

The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Kamala Harris officially announces that she is running for U.S. President in the 2028 United States presidential election by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

An announcement by Kamala Harris will be sufficient to trigger a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether she actually filed a nomination to run, or whether she actually files a nomination to run in the future.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official statements by Kamala Harris or her legal or social media representatives (ex: via speech, social media, etc.), however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Will Kamala Harris announce a 2028 run for President by June 30?

This market will immediately resolve to "Yes" if any Binance 1 minute candle for Bitcoin (BTC/USDT) has a final "High" price equal to or greater than the price specified in the title by 11:59PM ET on the date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

This market will resolve to “Yes” if MicroStrategy Incorporated or Michael Saylor officially announce that the company’s total Bitcoin holdings are equal to or greater than the number specified in the title at any point by 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

The resolution source for this market will be official announcements from MicroStrategy or Michael Saylor as to their total BTC holdings.

Will MicroStrategy announce holding 800k+ BTC by December 31, 2026?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the government of any sovereign UN member state announces between November 13, 3:00 PM ET and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET that they bought Bitcoin for the first time. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This announcement can pertain to a first purchase of Bitcoin outside of the timeframe of this market (e.g. if a country announces it made its first purchase of Bitcoin prior to this market's timeframe, but the announcement is made within the timeframe, this market will resolve to "Yes").

A qualifying purchase requires a relevant country take direct custody over the Bitcoin they purchase. Buying into investment vehicles, ETFs, etc., which do not constitute a direct purchase of Bitcoin, will not qualify.

The primary resolution source will be official announcements from the governments of any purchasing UN member state, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

Will a new country buy Bitcoin by December 31, 2026?

This market will resolve to the lower price in the title if Bitcoin’s price dips to that level or below before it hits the higher title price between January 2, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET and December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. It will resolve to the higher price in the title if Bitcoin’s price first reaches that level or above before it dips to the lower title price during the same period.

If neither price level is reached within the market timeframe, the market will resolve 50–50.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “Yes”.

Nothing Ever Happens: Crypto Edition

This market will resolve to the lower price in the title if Bitcoin’s price dips to that level or below before it hits the higher title price between August 5, 2025 at 10:30 AM ET and December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. It will resolve to the higher price in the title if Bitcoin’s price first reaches that level or above before it dips to the lower title price during the same period.

If neither price level is reached within the market timeframe, the market will resolve 50–50.

If Arkham becomes permanently unavailable, this market will resolve based on a consensus of credible sources.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any Federal or State jurisdiction of the United States formally charges or otherwise announces a criminal indictment of Ilhan Omar for fraud, by January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the bitcoin holdings officially owned by the Republic of the El Salvador government reaches or surpasses a value of $1b at any point by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

The primary resolutions source for this market will be the ARKHAM INTEL tracker (see: https://intel.arkm.com/explorer/entity/el-salvador). This market will resolve to “Silver” if Silver hits 100 before Bitcoin hits 100k by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. This market will resolve to “Bitcoin” if Bitcoin hits 100k before Silver hits 100 by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.

Silver will be considered to hit 100 if any Yahoo Finance 1-minute candle for the front month for Comex Silver futures (SI=F) has a final "High" price equal to or above 100. 

The front month for Comex Silver futures at a given time will be the specific Silver futures contract shown on Yahoo Finance at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/SI=F/ at that time. If the silver futures contract shown on Yahoo Finance at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/SI=F/ changes during this market's timeframe, this market will treat the updated contract as the new front month. This market will resolve to “Yes” if the percentage change for BTC/USDT is higher than the percentage change for XAU/USD for 2026. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

The resolution source for this market is information from TradingView, specifically the charts for BTC/USDT (https://fr.tradingview.com/chart/?symbol=BINANCE%3ABTCUSDT) and XAU/USD (https://www.tradingview.com/chart/?symbol=OANDA%3AXAUUSD).
