This market will resolve to "Yes" if Israel officially states that they were subject to a cyber attack on October 7, 2023. The statement must be made by 11:59 PM ET on November 1, 2023, and it must be verifiable through reliable sources, such as verified news outlets or official Israeli government statements. If no such statement is made by the stated date, the market will resolve to "No". If a statement is made before the expiry date, the market should resolve immediately.
