If it can be definitively determined at any point that Hans Niemann will not finish in one of the top 3 places in the tournament based on its rules, this market may immediately resolve to "No".

If for any reason the tournament is cancelled or rescheduled to a date after October 27, 2022, this market will resolve 50-50.

To qualify for a "Yes" resolution:

The apology must be made before December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET and be publicly accessible.
