This market will resolve to "Yes" if the crypto token Fartcoin ($FARTCOIN) is listed for spot purchase on a tier 1 crypto exchange U.S. by April 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For the purposes of this market, tier 1 exchanges are Binance, Coinbase, Robinhood, and Bybit.

The primary resolution source for this market will be the listed exchanges, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

Will Fartcoin be listed on a t1 exchange before May?

This market will immediately resolve to "Yes" if any Binance 1 minute candle for FARTCOINUSDT between October 15, 2025, 10:00 and December 31, 2025, 23:59 in the ET timezone has a final "High" price of $0.7 or higher. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

The resolution source for this market is Binance, specifically the FARTCOINUSDT "High" prices available at https://www.binance.com/en/futures/fartcoinusdt, with the chart settings on "1m" for one-minute candles selected on the top bar.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump signs a bill into law or performs any executive action changing US tax law to establish a de minimis tax exemption on cryptocurrency transactions by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Such a bill must apply to US taxpaying persons in general; if a law applies only to specific companies or institutions, it will not qualify toward a "Yes" resolution to this market.

Below 98 cents means all candles in the period have a final “High” price below 0.98000 (i.e. 0.97999 or lower). A 24h period of USDT below 98 cents that starts on the last day in 2025 will count.
