This is a market on whether Coinbase’s NFT platform launches to the public prior to February 1st, 2022, 11:59 PM ET. This market will resolve to “Yes” if the platform is launched prior to the resolution date, and “No” otherwise. “Launch” for the purposes of this market requires that the general public in the United States (the majority of Americans) is able to do one of the following: mint, buy, sell, list, or bid on NFTs from within the Coinbase NFT platform. A closed or private beta will not count, though a public beta will. If such a platform is temporarily inaccessible due to maintenance, system overload, or DDOS attack, resolution of this market will be delayed up to 72 hours.
