This market will resolve to “Yes” if the listed person appears live on ABC’s broadcast of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

“Appears live” refers to a live, in-person or remote, visual appearance on-screen during the broadcast. Pictures or videos being shown of the listed person, playing of the listed person’s pre-recorded music, audio-only appearances, or other forms of non-live appearances will not count. 

A live appearance on any part of the broadcast (excluding commercials) will count. This market is not limited to the Times’ Square or Eastern Time Zone portion of the show.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed song is played by any performer during Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve show, currently scheduled for December 31, 2025. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

To qualify as "played" a performer must sing at least some of the lyrics of a specified song during this event.

If this event is cancelled or otherwise delayed beyond January 2, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be footage of ABC's Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve broadcast, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

If the reported number of viewers falls exactly between two brackets, this market will resolve to the higher range bracket.

The resolution source will be information from Nielsen, specifically their Persons 2+ statistic. A consensus of credible reporting on Nielsen's Persons 2+ statistic for the 2025-2026 edition of Dick Clark’s New Year's Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest may also be used. This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed series is nominated for the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series, otherwise it will resolve to "No".

If for any reason no nominations are announced by January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Screen Actors Guild, including data from their website (e.g., https://www.sagawards.org/) and the live broadcast of the award ceremony. However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

This market will resolve according to the winner of the 2026 New York gubernatorial election.

A candidate shall be considered to represent a party in the event that he or she is the nominee of the party in question. Candidates other than the Democratic or Republican nominee (e.g., Greens, Libertarian, independent) may be added at a later date.

Candidates who run as independents will not be encompassed by the “Democrat” or “Republican” options regardless of any affiliation they may have with the party.

The resolution source for this market is the Associated Press, Fox News, and NBC. This market will resolve once all three sources call the race for the same candidate. If all three sources haven’t called the race in this state for the same candidate, this market will resolve based on the official certification.

Will the Democrats win the New York governor race in 2026?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the listed team makes the 2025-26 NFL Playoffs. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No".

If the listed team qualifies for the playoffs early, the market will resolve to "Yes". 
If the listed team is eliminated based on the rules of the competition, the market will resolve to "No". 

The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL or a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. 

Will the Carolina Panthers make the playoffs?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Apple releases a new Apple TV product by March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

A qualifying product must be named "Apple TV" and be recognized as a successor to the original Apple TV, similar to the relationship between iPhone 14 and iPhone 15. A new Apple TV product released without a number, under a designation other than Apple TV 2 will qualify if it retains the original functions of the Apple TV and expands on them in such a way that it is clear that this product is a successor.

In order to be considered released, the product must be officially announced by Apple, or otherwise available for purchase by the general public within the specified timeframe. An announcement or unveiling alone, for example during a WWDC event, will be sufficient to resolve this market to "Yes".

The primary resolution source for this market will be official statements from Apple. However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Will Apple release a new version of the Apple TV by March 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Apple publicly announces and launches a new product line by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No".

A "new product line" is defined as a category of products Apple has not previously sold, rather than an iteration or update of an existing product. Examples of a new product line would include an Apple-branded home robot or gaming console, while a new iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, or AirPods models would not qualify.

The resolution source will be official information from Apple.
