This market will resolve to "Yes" if it is announced that American International Group (AIG) Insurance will be, has been, or is being acquired by or merged with Chubb Insurance, or vice versa, by January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

An announcement by Chubb or AIG will qualify for a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether the announced acquisition/merger actually occurs.

Chubb and AIG merger announced by January 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if it is announced that Kash Patel is engaged to be married by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If it is announced that Kash Patel has married, it will qualify for a "Yes" resolution.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Abstract officially launches a token by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Will Abstract launch a token by December 31, 2026

This market refers to the case Federal Trade Commission v. Meta Platforms, Inc., Case No. 1:20-cv-03590-JEB, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Meta Platforms, Inc. formally announces it will or is legally compelled to divest or sell its Instagram and/or WhatsApp platforms, either partially or entirely, due to regulatory or legal action by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve based on the first decision rendered in the ongoing case Federal Trade Commission v. Meta Platforms, Inc., or announcement from Meta Platforms of a sale regardless of whether that decision is subsequently challenged or whether that sale actually takes place.

If the FTC announces they are dropping the ongoing antitrust case against Meta Platforms, Inc., or if the Federal Trade Commission v. Meta Platforms, Inc. case is settled without requiring divestiture, this market may immediately resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Meta Platforms, Inc. and/or the US courts, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.


Will Meta be forced to sell Instagram or WhatsApp in 2025?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Axiom officially launches a token by 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The token must be actively and publicly transferable and tradable. Announcements alone do not qualify

The primary resolution source for this market will be information from Axiom, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.


Will Axiom launch a token by December 31, 2026?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Nikita Bier ceases to be Head of Product of X for any length of time between October 14, and December 31, 2025 ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

An announcement of Nikita Bier's resignation/firing before this market's end date will immediately resolve this market to "Yes", regardless of when the announced resignation/firing goes into effect.

This market's primary resolution source will be official information from X and/or Nikita Bier, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

Nikita Bier out as Head of Product at X by December 31?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the listed individual announces that they are running for President in the 2028 United States presidential election by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

An announcement by the listed individual  will be sufficient to trigger a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether they actually filed a nomination to run, or whether they actually file a nomination to run in the future.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official statements by the listed individual (ex: via speech, social media, etc.), however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Will Rand Paul announce a presidential run before 2027?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Base officially launches a token by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
