This market will resolve to "Yes" if any temporary channel or shipping lane for the Port of Baltimore is opened between March 31 and April 15, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market is official announcements or statements from the Port Authority of Baltimore confirming the opening of a temporary channel. However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

An official announcement made by the United States and Panama that the Panama Canal will come under US control will qualify, even if the actual transfer of control is yet to occur. If John Harbaugh joins a professional team not listed as an option, this market will resolve to “Other”.

If this resolution source becomes unavailable, another SCA resolution source may be chosen. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

This market may remain open until the datapoint for January 31 or any subsequent datapoint is released, or until one week after resolution, upon which time it will resolve immediately.

For the purposes of resolving this market, 'found' means that new underwater wreckage must be discovered between December 4, 2025 and June 30, 2026.

Wreckage that washed ashore/afloat and previous findings of wreckage will NOT qualify - only underwater wreckage will suffice to resolve this market to "Yes".

It is not necessary for the wreckage to be recovered, only that its location is definitively identified. If wreckage is located before the resolution date, but it unknown as to whether it came from MH370, this market may stay open until a consensus has been reached as to the wreckage's origin.

The token must be actively and publicly transferable and tradable. Announcements alone do not qualify

The primary resolution source for this market will be information from Ostium Labs, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
