Pornhub restores access in Texas by March 31?

On March 14, Pornhub announced that it had blocked access to its content in Texas after a federal appeals court upheld a Texas law requiring pornography sites to institute age-verification measures (see https://www.nbcnews.com/tech/pornhub-disables-website-texas-rcna143502).
This market will resolve to "Yes" if Pornhub announces that it has restored access for users in Texas by March 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
The primary resolution source will be official information from Pornhub. However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used to determine whether Pornhub restored access in Texas.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if Pornhub announces that it has restored access for users in Texas by March 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
