This market will resolve to "Yes" if the largest pot in a single hand is over $3 million on Day 4 of the Hustler Casino ‘Million Dollar Game’ scheduled for Friday, May 31, 2024. The market will resolve to "No" if the largest pot is $3 million or less.

The "largest pot" includes all money wagered in the hand, whether it reaches showdown or if a player folds. Only pots from hands played during the live-streamed event on Day 4 will be considered for this market's resolution. 

The resolution source will be the official broadcast of the Hustler Casino Live stream. If the live stream becomes unavailable, the market will resolve based on official information from Hustler Casino Live.

This market will resolve according to the bracket containing the number of the contestant who is announced as the winner of Beast Games.

The winner is defined as the contestant who is announced as the winner. If multiple players are announced as the winner, this market will resolve according to the contestant who wins the most prize money in the final episode. If multiple players tie for most prize money this money will resolve according to the winning contestant whose listed number is highest. 

If no winner is announced by March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Other”. 

The primary resolution source will be the final episode of the Beast Games, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Will a contestant numbered 1 - 25 win Beast Games: Season 2?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Powerball jackpot is equal to or greater than $2 billion on any drawing between December 18 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve once any Powerball jackpot reaches or exceeds the value specified in the title, or once the estimated jackpot on December 31, 2025, is finalized and no jackpot within the specified timeframe has been equal to or greater than that value.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Powerball (https://www.powerball.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if a US-based professional basketball league or organization seeking to directly compete with the NBA raises more than $3 billion USD in funding by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For the purposes of this market, minor leagues, regional leagues, or leagues that explicitly act as feeder leagues to the NBA will not qualify as competitors.

The primary resolution source will be official announcements from a qualifying organization, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

Will NBA competitor raise >$3b in 2025?

This market will resolve based on the AI with the highest Total P&L at the end of the OKBet Arena. The resolution source will be the leaderboard available at https://arena.okbet.trade/. Total P&L can be viewed by clicking on the wallet icon for each respective AI.

If two or more AIs are tied for the highest Total P&L at the time of resolution, the market will resolve to the AI that comes first in alphabetical order.

If the competition is not completed or the official leaderboard is unavailable, the market will remain open until reliable data is published by okbet. If no such data becomes available by December 31, 2026 ET, the market will resolve to “Other.”

This market will resolve to “Yes” if, between Janet Mills and Graham Platner, Janet Mills becomes the favorite in the "Maine Democratic Senate Primary Winner" (https://polymarket.com/event/maine-democratic-senate-primary-winner?) for any four-hour period ending by January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET or earlier. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

Janet Mills will be considered to have become the favorite for any four-hour period if she is ahead of Graham Platner in more individual minutes than Graham Platner is ahead of Janet Mills during a qualifying time period.

A tie in the number of minutes will not suffice.

If the underlying market resolves prior to this market, this market will immediately resolve in accordance with the underlying market’s final outcome.

The resolution source will be the underlying minute-level price data for the "Maine Democratic Senate Primary Winner" market, which can be viewed using the bar chart on https://derivative.polymarket.com/index/will-mills-flip-platner-for-maine-dem-senate-primary-winner-by-january-31 or through the “Resolution” tab with the time set to show the two-hour period window.
