Northeasterly winds and scattered showers introduced post-13:00 have cooled air masses, with current readings in the mid-20s°C and forecasts aligning on highs no exceeding 29°C for the remainder of daylight. Historical diurnal patterns in Taipei show peak heating by early afternoon, making a late surge to 31°C improbable barring anomalous clearing—unlikely given model consensus on frontal reinforcement and low solar insolation ahead of sunset. Final CWA daily summary expected soon will lock resolution.
