This market will resolve to "Yes" if FTX begins customer reimbursements in Q1 2024 (between January 1 and March 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET). Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For this market to resolve to "Yes", customer reimbursements must actually begin; announcements that payouts will begin within this market's timeframe will not count toward a "Yes" resolution.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from FTX and the US government, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used. 

This market will resolve to "Yes" if FTX begins customer reimbursements in Q2 2024 (between April 1 and June 30, 2024, 11:59 PM ET). Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If customer reimbursements begin before the start of this market's timeframe, this market will immediately resolve to "No".

This market resolves based on the exact timing of the company’s first public release of earnings figures, regardless of whether they appear in a press release, earnings call, SEC filing, or similar. This market will resolve to the listed participant with the highest PnL at the end of the Defi App trading competition starting on November 10, 2025.

The resolution source will be the Defi App Leaderboard on https://app.defi.app/contest.

If two or more participants are tied for the highest PnL at the time of resolution, the market will resolve to the participant whose display name appears first in alphabetical order on the official Defi App leaderboard.

If the competition is not completed or the official leaderboard is unavailable, the market will remain open until reliable data is published by Defi App. If no such data becomes available by January 31, 2026 ET, the market will resolve to “Other.”

This market will resolve to “Yes” if OpenAI completes an initial public offering (IPO) valued at $1 trillion USD or higher at the time of the IPO by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.”

An “initial public offering (IPO)” refers to the first sale of OpenAI’s equity securities to the public through a regulated stock exchange.

OpenAI will be considered to have achieved a $1 trillion valuation if the market capitalization implied by the IPO offering price multiplied by the total number of outstanding shares equals or exceeds $1 trillion USD.

Announcements, filings, or planned IPOs that do not result in public trading by that time will not qualify. Private funding rounds, secondary share sales, or employee-share transactions will not be considered. A direct listing or merger via SPAC will qualify only if it results in OpenAI’s common shares becoming publicly traded for the first time on a major exchange.

If OpenAI’s IPO is priced before the resolution deadline but public trading has not yet commenced, the market may remain open for up to 30 calendar days to determine whether the IPO is completed.

If OpenAI is acquired, dissolved, or merged into another entity before an IPO occurs, this market will resolve to “No.” In the event of a restructuring, the market will resolve based on the entity legally recognized as OpenAI’s successor will

OpenAI $1t+ IPO before 2027?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if it is announced that Meta Platforms, Inc. has reached a settlement with the Federal Trade Commission over the issues outlined in the Federal Trade Commission v. Meta Platforms, Inc. (Case No. 1:20-cv-03590-JEB) case by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.

Will Meta settle with the FTC?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Fully Diluted Valuation of Kodiak's governance token is greater than the value specified in the title 1 day after launch. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No."

The token must be actively, publicly transferable and tradable to be considered a launch.

The FDV will be determined using the total token supply multiplied by the token price.

"1 day after launch" is defined as 4:00 PM ET on the calendar day following launch. The resolution source for this market is the most liquid price source available. If Kodiak (https://x.com/kodiakfi) doesn't launch a token by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

Kodiak FDV above $25M one day after launch?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Fully Diluted Valuation of MegaETH's token is greater than $1,000,000,000 1 day after launch. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market "locked" tokens or non-swappable tokens will not be considered a launch.

"1 day after launch" is defined as 24 hours after launch. The resolution source for this market is the most liquid price source available. If MegaETH doesn't launch a token by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No."

MegaETH market cap (FDV) >$1B one day after launch?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Fully Diluted Valuation of Lighter's token is greater than $1,000,000,000 1 day after launch. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No."

"1 day after launch" is defined as 24 hours after launch. The resolution source for this market is the most liquid price source available. If Lighter doesn't launch a token by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No."

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Sam Bankman-Fried is released from custody by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If Sam Bankman-Fried is released but remains under house arrest, the market will still resolve to "Yes".

If Sam Bankman-Fried is released on parole, bond, or any other condition that results in them leaving state custody, the market will resolve to "Yes".

Transporting Sam Bankman-Fried  to another location of custody (e.g., a different prison, court, or hospital within the correctional system) will not suffice to resolve this market to "Yes".

Temporary outings from prison for purposes such as testifying in court or before Congress, while still under the custody of correctional authorities, will not count as a release.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from government authorities or corrections departments; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

This market will immediately resolve to "Yes" if any Binance 1 minute candle for FARTCOINUSDT between October 15, 2025, 10:00 and December 31, 2025, 23:59 in the ET timezone has a final "High" price of $0.7 or higher. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

The resolution source for this market is Binance, specifically the FARTCOINUSDT "High" prices available at https://www.binance.com/en/futures/fartcoinusdt, with the chart settings on "1m" for one-minute candles selected on the top bar.

Please note that the outcome of this market depends solely on the price data from the Binance FARTCOINUSDT trading pair. Prices from other exchanges, different trading pairs, or spot markets will not be considered for the resolution of this market.

Will Fartcoin hit $0.7 by December 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Fully Diluted Valuation of Trove's governance token is greater than the value specified in the title 1 day after launch. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No."

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kraken completes an Initial Public Offering (IPO) by the listed date ET, as confirmed by official company announcements and credible news sources. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

The IPO refers to the first sale of stock by the listed company to the public on any recognized stock exchange.

If Kraken is acquired by another company that is already public, this market will immediately resolve to "No."
