This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Binance 1 minute candle for ETHBTC 31 Oct '24 12:00 in the ET timezone (noon) has a final “Close” value above 0.04000 (i.e. 0.04001 or higher). Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
The resolution source for this market is Binance, specifically the ETHBTC "Close" prices currently available at https://www.binance.com/en/trade/ETH_BTC with “1m” and “Candles” selected on the top bar.
