On April 30, Changpeng Zhao (CZ) was sentenced to 4 months of prison time.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if EigenLayer's token $EIGEN is transferable from airdrop recipients before Changpeng Zhao (CZ) is released from incarceration. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
If neither event occurs by November 30, 2024, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve 50-50.
The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the EigenLayer team (e.g. https://twitter.com/eigenlayer), and/or from the government of the United States, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
