The Argentine, ranked No. 312, has claimed three straight Challenger qualifying wins this week with a potent serve holding 85% of games, while Ursu scraped through qualifiers but dropped sets amid serve inconsistencies. No injuries reported on official lists, though Ursu's longer path risks fatigue on the outdoor hardcourts of Cuernavaca.
