Both Argentines advanced comfortably through qualifiers—Villanueva dropping just four games in his last round, while Midon showed resilience in a three-setter—but Villanueva's stronger recent form (three straight wins) bolsters implied probabilities around 60%. No injuries reported via official updates; expect baseline grinding typical of South American clay, with weather stable and no rest disparity. Upsets remain possible given tight rankings and surface familiarity for both.
