SpaceX's confidential IPO filing reported April 1 has surged trader consensus toward blockbuster valuations above $1.75 trillion, fueled by Starlink's global satellite broadband expansion to millions of users, record Falcon 9 reusability, and Starship's orbital milestones enabling Mars ambitions. Private rounds recently valued the firm at $1.4 trillion, reflecting dominance in launch services amid rivals like Blue Origin lagging. Integration rumors with xAI's Grok large language model add AI infrastructure upside via orbital data centers. Watch for prospectus details soon and potential June listing, though SEC review and market volatility could temper closing caps.
