SpaceX's confidential SEC filing for an initial public offering on April 1, 2026, has ignited trader focus on its potential June listing, with reports targeting a blockbuster $1.75 trillion to over $2 trillion valuation—the largest ever—and up to $75 billion raise. This surge reflects Starship's rapid progress, including a planned V3 ship and booster test flight in 4-6 weeks, alongside Starlink's dominance in satellite internet, delivering 119 satellites per Falcon 9 launch and securing global direct-to-cell spectrum. Competitive pressures from China and integration with xAI bolster growth prospects, though execution risks like launch delays and market volatility loom ahead of the IPO roadshow.
