This market will resolve to "Yes" if, by June 30, 2024 ET, Shein completes an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and the company's market capitalization is $90 billion or more at the close of the first day of trading.

In the case of Shein merging with another company, being acquired, or ceasing to exist before the market resolves, this market will resolve to "No".

This market can resolve early if Shein completes an IPO and the company's market capitalization is confirmed to be $90 billion or more before June 30, 2024 ET.
