This market will resolve to the manager who wins the 2026 National League Manager of the Year award for the 2026 MLB Season. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the manager whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Pittsburgh Pirates skipper Don Kelly holds a narrow edge in the NL Manager of the Year market at 47% implied probability, fueled by his squad's 4-3 start that hints at a breakout turnaround for the long-suffering franchise after his successful interim stint last year. Tightly bunched behind at 44.5% are veterans Torey Lovullo (Diamondbacks), Craig Counsell (Cubs), Rob Thomson (Phillies), and rookies like Tony Vitello (Giants) and Oliver Marmol (Cardinals), reflecting trader bets on sustained momentum amid early-season parity and nine new NL managers sparking overperformance narratives—Atlanta's Walt Weiss, for instance, oversees a 6-2 Braves hot start. Differentiators include low-expectation climbs (Kelly, Vitello) versus powerhouse consistency, with division leads and playoff pushes as pivotal swing factors in this volatile, full-season award race.
