Trader sentiment on Polymarket tilts against Audemars Piguet secondary market prices hitting the target by April 30, with market-implied odds around 35% reflecting a prolonged luxury watch correction. Key drivers include a 25-40% plunge in Royal Oak models from 2022 peaks, per WatchCharts index data, amid normalized waitlists, oversupply from gray market liquidations, and softening demand from China amid economic slowdowns. High interest rates continue curbing high-net-worth impulse buys, while retail authorized dealers now offer closer-to-list pricing. Watch for Watches & Wonders (April 23-29), where new releases could spark short-term rallies, but trader consensus anticipates sustained pressure absent broader luxury rebound signals.
