This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Arbitrum token address on the Arbitrum network has a letter in it. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No."

Only characters after the "0x" count for this market. Both lowercase and capital letters count for this market (a-f, A-F).

If no Arbitrum token address on the Arbitrum network is available by April 30, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET, this market will resolve 50-50.

The primary resolution source for this market is official information from the Arbitrum network, however a consensus of credible reporting may suffice.
