This market will resolve to "Yes" if definitive evidence confirming that Joe Biden was using Ambien or another prescription sleep aid primarily prescribed for insomnia in the period leading up to the June 27, 2024, presidential debate is made public by August 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Qualifying evidence includes but is not limited to public statements from Joe Biden, a named personal physician, official medical records, or other definitive evidence.

Unverified or anonymous claims, or documents not substantiated by credible reporting will not qualify.

The primary resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting and official information from Joe Biden.
