This reflects model ensembles like GFS and ECMWF converging on near-climatological norms—historical April 1 highs average 81°F at Miami International Airport—following a cool La Niña-influenced winter that ended with below-normal temperatures. Current upper-level patterns feature weak ridging, limiting significant warming, though sea breeze development or isolated showers could cap peaks lower. Traders eye hourly updates and observations through afternoon for resolution, as inherent forecast uncertainty persists in short-range temperature projections.
