This market will resolve to "Yes" if there are three or more incidents resulting in fighting majors being assessed to players during the 2025 NHL 4 Nations Face-Off Final between the United States and Canada, scheduled for February 20, 2025. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

A fight is defined as an incident where at least one player receives a five-minute major penalty for fighting. If players from both teams receive a major for a single incident, it will count as one fighting major.

If the game is canceled or postponed past 11:59 PM ET on February 28, 2025, this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the listed team makes the 2025–26 NHL Playoffs. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”

A team will be considered to have made the Playoffs if it qualifies for the postseason bracket under the official rules of the NHL for the 2025–26 season. Qualification through any officially recognized NHL format (including Wild Card berths) will count.

If it becomes impossible for the listed team to qualify for the Playoffs based on the rules of the NHL (e.g. the team is mathematically eliminated), this market will resolve immediately to “No.”

The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NHL, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

Will the Colorado Avalanche make the NHL Playoffs?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the next Canadian federal election is officially scheduled for a date prior to October 2029, by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For this market to resolve to "Yes" it is only necessary that the election date be declared, not that the election actually occur within the market timeframe. (e.g. if on December 23, 2025 an election is scheduled for April 23, 2026, this market will resolve to "Yes").

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the government of the Canada, However a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

This market will resolve according to the team that wins the Eastern Conference during the 2025-26 NHL Playoffs.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win the Eastern Conference (e.g., elimination from the playoffs), the relevant market will resolve immediately to “No.”

If the 2025-26 NHL season is permanently canceled or the playoffs have not been completed by August 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Other.”

Will the Carolina Hurricanes win the Eastern Conference?

This market will resolve according to the team that wins the Western Conference during the 2025-26 NHL Playoffs.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win the Western Conference (e.g., elimination from the playoffs), the relevant market will resolve immediately to “No.”

If the 2025-26 NHL season is permanently canceled or the playoffs have not been completed by August 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Other.”

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win its division (e.g., mathematical elimination before season end), the relevant market will resolve immediately to “No.”

If the 2025-26 NHL season is permanently canceled or has not been completed by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Other.”

This market will resolve to "Yes" any portion of Canada is formally annexed into the United States of America and becomes the 51st state by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

An official agreement that is announced will suffice to resolve this market to "Yes", regardless of when it is slated to go into effect. If any territory that includes no portion of Canadian land is made the 51st US state within this market's timeframe, this market will immediately resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the government of the United States, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the United States formally acquires any part of Canadian territory by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. 

Acquisition must be through official government action, such as annexation, treaty, or legislation.

A qualifying announcement will immediately resolve the market to "Yes" regardless of whether the relocation is later revoked.
