This market will resolve to “Yes” if the MetaDAO proposal to engage in a $6M OTC deal with DBA and Variant passes. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”

If this decision market has not come to a final consensus or its results are otherwise unknown by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, or if the decision market otherwise ends in a draw, this market will resolve to "No".

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve based on the first decision rendered in the ongoing case Federal Trade Commission v. Meta Platforms, Inc., or announcement from Meta Platforms of a sale regardless of whether that decision is subsequently challenged or whether that sale actually takes place.
