Trader consensus on Polymarket overwhelmingly backs no prison time (94.8%) for Kick streamer and YouTuber Jack Doherty after his November 2025 Miami Beach arrest on minor drug possession charges—marijuana under 20 grams (misdemeanor) and a controlled substance (felony)—which typically resolve via diversion programs, probation, or pleas avoiding incarceration for first-time influencers with top legal teams. Released on bond days after the traffic-blocking stunt led to bodycam footage going viral, a January 2026 hearing referenced potential cocaine but yielded no conviction or sentencing amid his reported absence, with silence since signaling likely dismissal or non-custodial outcome by the October 31, 2026 resolution. Upsets could stem from felony conviction and a strict judge imposing under two years if prior no-shows flag him as a flight risk, though historical Florida precedents for similar cases favor leniency.
