Stronger onshore winds (WSW 10-15 mph) and persistent marine stratus clouds are moderating temperatures from recent 70s highs, capping daytime heating above the March climatological average of 62°F while introducing uncertainty—prolonged stratus could limit peaks to 66-67°F (13.8%), but midday burn-off might push toward 74-75°F (9.5%). Hourly observations through late afternoon will clarify resolution.
