Implementation is tied to reciprocal Israeli withdrawals behind the yellow line and verification by mediators including Egypt, Qatar, Turkey, and the Board of Peace, with the process estimated at 200–350 days. Israel has not formally endorsed the deal and maintains that no withdrawal occurs until genuine demilitarization is complete and verified, while Hamas links heavy-weapon handover to further political concessions such as statehood recognition. Ongoing verification mechanisms, scheduled Cairo follow-up meetings, and any shifts in Israeli coalition positions or mediator enforcement remain the main near-term variables shaping trader assessments of a year-end commitment.
