This market will resolve to "Yes" if a US-based professional basketball league or organization seeking to directly compete with the NBA raises more than $3 billion USD in funding by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For the purposes of this market, minor leagues, regional leagues, or leagues that explicitly act as feeder leagues to the NBA will not qualify as competitors.

The primary resolution source will be official announcements from a qualifying organization, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

This market is to predict the winner of the 2025–26 NBA Finals.

2026 NBA Champion

This is a market to predict which player will win the 2025–26 NBA Rookie of the Year award.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed player is officially named the 2025–26 NBA Rookie of the Year. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No".

If the award is not announced by December 31, 2026, this market will resolve to "Other".

The primary resolution source will be official information from the NBA (https://www.nba.com). 

NBA Rookie of the Year 

This is a market on predicting the winner of the NBA Most Valuable Player (MVP) award for the 2025–26 NBA regular season.

NBA MVP 

This is a market on which team will win the Eastern Conference Finals in the 2025–26 NBA season.

NBA Eastern Conference Champion 

This is a market on which team will win the Western Conference Finals in the 2025–26 NBA season.

NBA Western Conference Champion 

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the listed team makes the 2025-26 NBA Playoffs. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

Note: reaching the Play-In Tournament will not qualify as making the Playoffs. To make the NBA Playoffs, a team must earn one of the 16 spots in the postseason bracket.

If at any point it becomes impossible for this team to make the Playoffs based on the rules of the NBA (e.g. they are mathematically eliminated from reaching the Play-In), this market will resolve immediately to "No".

The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NBA.

Which teams will make the NBA Playoffs?

This market will resolve according to the winner of the listed division for the 2025–2026 NBA Eastern Conference Finals. 

If it becomes impossible for this team to win based on the rules of the NBA this market will resolve to “No”. 

If multiple teams share the same record, official NBA tie breaking rules will be used to determine the outcome.
