This market will resolve to "Yes" if definitive evidence is released that at least part of the reason Sam Altman was fired as CEO of OpenAI was due to a data leak/privacy issue by November 30, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from OpenAI and/or Sam Altman, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
