Mumbai Indians top trader consensus at 22.5% implied probability for the 2026 IPL title, fueled by their retained powerhouse core of Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya, and Trent Boult, strengthened via trades for Shardul Thakur and Sherfane Rutherford plus Quinton de Kock's auction addition for batting depth. Defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru trail closely at 16.5% with Virat Kohli, Rajat Patidar, Phil Salt, and Josh Hazlewood anchoring a potent lineup bolstered by Venkatesh Iyer. Punjab Kings (13.5%) boast Shreyas Iyer, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Arshdeep Singh alongside all-rounders like Marcus Stoinis, while Chennai Super Kings (12%) leverage MS Dhoni, Sanju Samson trade, and Shivam Dube. Post-December auction parity in pace-spin balance and uncapped talent keeps the T20 race tightly contested among these squads with proven match-winners.
