Elon Musk's March 10 announcement of X Money early access launching this month has driven strong trader focus on X Payments LLC as the core operator, leveraging over 40 U.S. money transmitter licenses. Partnering with Cross River Bank for FDIC-insured digital wallets up to $250,000, 6% APY yields, P2P transfers, and instant transactions, plus Visa for a metal debit card with cashback and zero FX fees, X aims to evolve into a full everything app rivaling Venmo and Cash App. A limited beta reportedly went live earlier in March, building hype amid regulatory approvals and no confirmed crypto integration yet. Public rollout details this month could catalyze final sentiment shifts before April 30 resolution.
